Barry Keoghan is giving a peek behind the blinds.
Nearly seven months after the Saltburn star said that he struggled with online bullying over his appearance, he shared he's undergone two rounds of XERF skin tightening—a needle-free cosmetic procedure that uses radiofrequency to lift and tighten skin.
"I've been hearing a lot about it," Keoghan explained in an Oct. 23 Instagram video posted by the Dermaspa owner Nilam Holmes. "Every time I come in here, it's very relaxing and therapeutic. Nilam looks after my skin."
He was eternally grateful that undergoing the procedures—which, as of September, costs $3,300 (£2,500) per visit at the clinic—gave him a much-needed self-confidence boost.
"I feel better about myself," the Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man actor continued. "I look better. I think it's important to look after yourself inside and outside."
Meanwhile, spa owner Holmes—who founded the U.K.-based medspa in 2008—shared further insight into working with Kheogan, 34, amid his busy work schedule.

"I've been working with Barry for a while now, looking after his skin through different movies, campaigns and projects and the trust he places in me means a lot," she captioned the video. "His skin has really improved over the last few years, and he looks great."
While the Eternals star is more than pleased with his results, he previously admitted that negative comments made about his looks had taken their toll.
"I removed myself from online, but I'm still a curious human being that wants to go on and, if I attend an event or if I go somewhere, you want to see how it was received," he reflected during a March SiriusXM interview. "And it's not nice. There's a lot of hate online. It's a lot of abuse of how I look."

Keoghan noted that the constant criticism made him withdraw from the public eye.
"It's made me really go inside myself and not want to attend places, not want to go outside," he explained. "It's becoming a problem. I don't have to hide away because I am hiding away. I don't have to go to places because I actually don't go to places because of these things."
And being dad to 4-year-old son Brando with ex Alyson Sandro only made the strain on his mental health even worse.
"It is disappointing for the fans," the Oscar nominee added, "but it's also disappointing that my little boy has to read all of this stuff when he gets older."
